New Pink Gem Challenge - Your Favourite Colour Combination


It was my turn to choose the theme for yesterday's new Pink Gem Challenge and I chose 'your favourite colour combination'.  You can find all the details here on the challenge blog.

The prize on offer for the winner is 2 individual digi images or 2 card topper kits or one of each (no sets or sentiment sets) of the winner's choice from Pink Gem Designs.

For my card I've used a digi stamp from Pink Gem Designs called 'Valentine Owls' which you can find here on the Pink Gem website.

I coloured the image with Promarkers and used papers from Dovecraft and Craft Creations.

And yes, my favourite colour combination is pink and kraft!

Imagine That Creative Playground - March Anything Goes Link Up Challenge


It's time for some mid-challenge inspiration on the Imagine That Creative Playground Challenge.  It's an 'anything goes' challenge but if you link up using an Imagine That digi you will receive this month's featured set free!

I've used one of the plane images and coloured it with Promarkers.  The paper I've used is from Dovecraft and the sentiment comes with the digi set.

New Winter Wonderland Challenge - A Tribute to Eileen

New Sparkles Challenge - Love


A new challenge started last week on the Sparkles Monthly Challenge and this month the theme of our challenge is 'love' - we want you to use the word 'love' on your creation.  You can find all the details here on the challenge blog.

My card is a re-make of one I made a while back - this is a slightly different arrangement of the images and I've used different sentiments too.

The images are all from a pack of Irresistible Images which will be on sale very soon from Little Claire Designs.  I've also added some sentiments from Little Claire Designs and some black gems.

First of all, my image is called 'Cupcake Patti Penguin' and you can find her here.  I've used the black and white version and coloured it with Promarkers but the image is also available pre-coloured here.

New Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge - No Patterned Paper

For my card I've used one of the newest sets from Imagine That Digis by Kris - this one is called 'Owl Always Love You':

For the background to my card I've used an embossing folder from Stampin' Up and some card and paper from Craft Creations.  The sentiment is part of the set and I die cut it with an X-Cut label die.

I'm sharing a card I made recently for a little girl whose parents have just had a second baby.  I was asked to make a baby card but also this one for the new big sister so she didn't feel left out.

New Julia Spiri Challenge - I Love Red
